SUBJECT: North Dakota Legislation – SB 2395

Senator Ben Tollefson has introduced an amendment (SB 2395) that allows 35% net light transmission on the front side windows of motor vehicles.

This bill will be heard by the Transportation Committee at the State Capital in Bismarck, ND. Sen. Bob Stenehjem heads this committee. Herb King, American Window Tinting, has taken a lot of his personal time to obtain a sponsor and support.
