. The amendments will change the net light transmittance from
25% to 50% on the front and rear side windows of passenger
vehicles. This
means you would not be able to install 50% film on the
windows. Actually,
only 70% film would be legal.
These amendments, if passed, will be devastating to the
window film industry in Arkansas.
This bill is
scheduled to come before the Transportation Committee January
30th, at 10:00 a.m. Rm. 428, Arkansas State
Capitol. We
only have hours before the committee meets.

Members. Call
each member and express your concerns.
If you cannot get the representative leave a message
and keep calling. Attend
the meeting to show your support for defeating HB 1378.
