 HB
1378 is no longer a threat due to the immediate response of
twenty-five dedicated tint dealers and other support persons. The Transportation Committee unanimously passed it by for
this legislative session which means it will not be
reconsidered for at least two years.
Darrell
Steale, Michael Secrest, and James Dietz did an excellent job
of explaining to the committee what the adverse impact would
be to their business. John
Anderson, with the support from Larry and Brett Wassell,
motivated his co-workers who were the largest group attending.
It was a
pleasure working with the entire group and a perfect example
of what we can accomplish as a team.
