Subject:  Arizona Legislative Alert – HB 2312

Date:  January 16, 2004

House Bill 2312 has been introduced by Representatives McClure, Aguirre A., Carruthers, Biggs, Boone, Bradley, Hanson, Hubbs, O’Halleran, and Yarbrough.

This bill does not change the current law except to add another exemption:

Section 28-959.01

A.     Items 1 through 11 have not changed.

         Item 12 is added and quoted as follows:

         “12. Glare reducing material that is installed, affixed or applied to the bottommost portion of the windshield if the material is no more than four inches wide."
