The IWFA Board
is comprised of leader representatives from our manufacturer,
distributor, and
professional dealer memberships. Each is
committed to fulfilling the mission of the IWFA and serving on various
committees. The IWFA also has access to professional
consultants on legislative issues.

Tom Niziolek,
President: As Sales & Marketing Director, Madico, Inc.,
Tom's primary responsibility is to direct the company's North
American sales efforts & develop worldwide marketing strategies
across all product lines. Tom, who holds a BS in Chemistry & an
MBA, spent five years as a research chemist innovating new film
coatings. He is serving his third term as IWFA President.

Vice President : John, owner of National Security &
Window Filming in Oak Forest, IL, has been in the window film
business for 10 years.

Keith Garwood, Secretary:
Keith is the owner
of Formula One/All-Pro Window Films & Formula One of Cary in the
Raleigh, NC area, which have earned Formula One Awards of
Excellence. Having been involved in the window film industry
since 1989, today he operates two facilities: an auto
window film division & a commercial and residential division with a
fulltime staff for each division. He currently has 8 fulltime
employees with 5 IWFA accreditations.

Cindy Rotton,
Treasurer:
Cindy, involved in the window film industry for 21 years, owned
& operated a successful dealership in the Atlanta, GA area
until March, 1996. She then began with CPFilms, Inc. as a
District Representative in the Dallas, TX area & later
transferred to her present position in Atlanta, GA in 1998.
Having been a member of the IWFA since it began, she has
IWFA Solar Film Specialist & Safety & Security Film Specialist
accreditations. In her spare time, she is active enjoys music, golf and traveling.

Victor Lowery:
Victor is the owner of Victor’s Tint and Graphics in
McComb, MS. Years of hard work & determination to have a
business of his own has kept him in the film industry for 18
years. Victor looks forward to becoming more involved in
the industry by serving on the IWFA Board. He is married and
has one child.

Chris Weinhardt:
As Director of Marketing for
Enpro Distributing, Chris is responsible for developing,
implementing and executing the strategic marketing and
communication plans across all product lines at Enpro. As a
marketing major, Chris holds a BBA from Eastern Michigan
University. When Chris isn’t working, you can usually find him on
the golf course or mountain
biking.

Rob, Western Regional Sales Manager

Alan, who has been in the window film industry for 21 years, is
